These terms describe how you may use rileydesk.com (“the site”) and the voice demo agents and discovery-call services offered through it. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Voice demo agents

The voice agents on rileydesk.com (Riley, Casey, Jordan, Sam) are demonstrations of what an AI receptionist can do for the named example businesses. They are not connected to live booking systems, payment systems, or real customer calendars. Anything an agent “books,” “confirms,” or “sends” during a demo conversation is illustrative — no real reservation, appointment, or payment is made.

Discovery calls

Time you book through our scheduler is a discovery conversation, not a contract for services. Engagement terms and pricing are agreed in writing separately if we both decide to move forward.

No medical, legal, or financial advice

Anything an agent says on this site is general information about how an AI receptionist could be configured for that vertical. It is not medical, legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice. Decisions in those areas should be made with a licensed professional.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to overload the voice agents, misuse the demo widgets to send spam, scrape the site at scale, or use the site to attack any third party. We may rate-limit or revoke access if a session shows signs of abuse.

No warranty

The site and the demo agents are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Rileydesk is not liable for any incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The current version is always posted on this page with the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
