Privacy notice

Last updated: May 2026

rileydesk (“we,” “us”) builds AI receptionists for service businesses. This notice describes what information we collect when you visit rileydesk.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you book a discovery call through our scheduling page, we collect the name, email address, and any notes you provide. When you email us, we store the contents of your message. We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive identifiers on this site.

Voice demo widgets

Each vertical page includes a voice demo agent (Riley, Casey, Jordan, Sam) operated through ElevenLabs Conversational AI. When you start a conversation, your audio is transmitted to ElevenLabs to be transcribed and answered in real time. We do not listen to your demo conversations. ElevenLabs processes this audio under its own privacy terms; recordings created in the demo are retained briefly for service quality and then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

We use minimal analytics to understand which pages are read and which calls-to-action get clicked. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. The discovery-call scheduler is hosted on Cal.com and may set cookies governed by their privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to follow up on discovery calls, answer your questions, send onboarding details if you become a client, and improve the quality of our website. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to operate the business — for example, our scheduler and email provider — under contract.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete the information we hold about you, send you a copy of it, or correct any inaccuracies at any time. Email siddhi@rileydesk.com and we'll respond within five business days.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice periodically. The current version is always posted on this page with the effective date above.
